The Left Channel – Ida Nadi

The left energy channel of the subtle system ( Ida nadi in Sanskrit – also known as the moon channel), begins at the Mooladhara chakra and travels up the left side of the body to the superego area on the right side of your brain. The superego collects all your memories, habits and conditionings. The collective SuperEgo is the Collective Subconscious and is a paraloka containing all that has died and is not a place you should visit.
